The Northumberland Church of England Academy is one of the biggest and most ambitious projects of its kind in England. We are looking for an Executive Director with the vision, drive, and leadership skills to transform the educational experience – and performance – of some 3,000 children and young people in one of the most beautiful, but educationally challenging, areas of England.

To do this we need an exceptional candidate. A candidate with a proven track record of change management in complex organisations; with a rare ability to win the hearts and minds of stakeholders and sceptics alike; a figure with the energy and discipline to forge a senior leadership team which shares our passion to raise standards; and a person who embodies the values, not only of educational excellence, but of integrity and honesty.
