The Northumberland Church of England Academy is one of the biggest and most ambitious projects of its kind in England. We are looking for senior leaders with the vision, drive, and leadership skills to transform the educational experience – and performance – of some 3,000 children and young people in one of the most beautiful, but educationally challenging, areas of England.

With an investment in excess of £46 million, and the centuries old involvement of both the Church of England and the Duke of Northumberland’s estate in education, culture and the communities of the county, we believe we can achieve our bold ambition to help 10 separate schools improve their performance and realise their full potential in one all-age school, united by a strong Christian ethos and a belief in the transformative power of education.
